My Goal for the next 30 days
Recently I have gained some weight, 5 kgs to be exact (11 pounds YEYKS!) So I have decided that my gaol for the next 30 days is to walk for 45 minutes. It is not my goal to lose the 5 kgs whithin these 30 days, but I do need to start somewhere!
I have 27 more days to go. Wish me luck !!

Good luck ... ever wondered how "easy" was it to gain the 5 kgs, but how "hard" is it to loose it? why didn't life become the other way around? very hard to gain weight, and easy to loose it?

Like you said I guess cuz its summer and we are just sitting watching tv!
Walking is a great way to lose weight. I lost 3 KG by walking 3 hours a week for a month.....but i gained 5 Kg when i stopped ;p
