Some people are more prone to falling in love than others (they just love falling in love). With these people all you have to do is pay them some attention. So to answer your question yeah it can be done.

why would u want someone to fall in love with you when u are the one who is making the effort to make them fall?
u should wait for the person who will fall for YOU.. no effort required..
in the fist scenario.. when they fall out of love it will be because they fell in love without the right reasons..

I guess if the person is worth it the effort would be worth while, but you are right :)
I agree with beyond q8iya on this point, you should wait for the person to fall in love with u .. and make all the effort ;p
Well about love I hate to be right :P .. but I duno maybe you can .. the thing is .. its gonna be a real hard long road with sometimes a dead end ! sometimes it works out .. but with me I feel like if you don’t happen to love me .. then I don’t wana make you love me :D
